NOTICE IN RE: Mentone Agri Center, L L C 202 VII Monroe PO Box 126 Mentone, IN 46539 NOTICE is hereby given that the Indiana Grain Buyers and Warehouse Licensing Agency, in the normal course of its duties as embodied in the Indiana Grain Buyers and Warehouse and Bonding Law, IC 26-3-7-1 et. seq. and rules adopted thereunder, has been notified Mentone Agri Center, LLC has voluntarily surrendered its Indiana Buyer/Warehouse license. All persons with unsettled grain claims including grain payables, grain bank contracts, grain storage or grain warehouse receipts must file claim with the Indiana Grain Buyers and Warehouse Licensing Agency on Wednesday, February 6, 2011 at Akron Community Center, 815 Rural St., Akron, IN 46910. Claim will be reviewed from 10:00 am to 11:30 a.m. The hearing will begin at 1:00 p.m. to submit claims. Anyone not attending can submit a claim to the agency 15 days after the hearing by Thursday, March 3, 2011.
