NAPPANEE – Melvin R. Miller, 86, a lifetime resident of Nappanee, died at 5:55 a.m., Sept. 10, 2015, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Wakarusa, from complications due to recent hip surgery. He was born March 31, 1929, to Ray J. and Edna Miller Miller. On Aug. 24, 1958, he married Gertrude Miller, who survives. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Nappanee Missionary Church with Pastors Joe Focht and Norm Reimer officiating. Burial is in Union Center Cemetery.
