State Representative Rebecca Kubacki, Attorney David Cates, Syracuse, and Prosecuting Attorney Dan Hampton will host an evening with Representative Jud McMillin on Sept. 9. McMillin co-sponsored Criminal Codes House Bill 1006. The event will be at 6 p.m. in the multipurpose room of the Kosciusko County Justice Building. With the complete overhaul of criminal codes there are many questions that judges, police officers, and citizens have about changes that will go into effect in 2014. McMillin will answer questions about the changes. Hampton and Cates will moderate the evening.
