Editor, Times-Union: In a letter to the editor I wrote titled “Nisly Behavior,” I made an assertion which proved to be false. I stated that our opponent rode on his float during the Apple Fest Parade. Although I saw him on the float at the beginning, he did get off of it at some point during the parade. For this error, I am sorry. The Kolbe float was moved in front of our opponent's and I was unaware that he got off to walk. I should not have made this assertion, and for this error, I do apologize.
