John and Debbie Sadler, owners of McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel of Warsaw and Pierceton, recently announced that McHatton-Sadler has been selected to become an exclusive, certified "Veterans and Family Memorial Care Provider" for Kosciusko County.
VFMC Providers are selected for upholding the highest level of ethical business standards and integrity while providing outstanding, affordable and professional service.
According to Sadler, "Our staff, including David Tinsley, David Baker, Jason Mishler and David Colquitt, have roots in the community. They are extremely knowledgable and are well-trained to assist families with every aspect of the final arrangement process. We work very closely with the American Legion, VFW, Hospice and other veterans and civic organizations. This has been the cornerstone of our success."
According to Mark Davis, president and CEO of Veterans and Family Memorial Care, "The staff of McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel has demonstrated a willingness and commitment to reach out to veterans and their families. The government does an excellent job providing veterans and their spouses with burial benefits if you use a Veterans State or National cemetery, however, these benefits and savings are not often understood or utilized. By supporting, thoroughly explaining and applying for all applicable benefits on behalf of all veterans they serve, the staff of McHatton-Sadler has been recognized by VFMC."
According to Sadler, "I am the son of a Navy veteran who served on the Battleship New Jersey during the Korean Conflict and Debbie is the daughter of a D-Day Army veteran who served in the European Theater. We are proud to receive this recognition. It is truly an honor to proudly serve those who have proudly served us. We realize, as a famous quote reminds us, 'Freedom is never free.' It is a privilege to serve all veterans, those individuals who have protected our American way of life."
