COLUMBIA CITY - Franklin T. McGuire, 25, Claypool, received a five-year prison sentence after he pled guilty to two charges of burglary and one count of attempting to commit burglary.
McGuire and two other men were charged with break-ins to two businesses in Whitley County and the Larwill Deli.
Brad Voelz, McGuire's attorney, cited his clients problem with drugs and a rough childhood.
