And like any good 5K it will have a cow limousine on hand.
The event is sponsored by and benefits the KCH Health and Wellness Center.
Jeff Macke, owner of the World Famous Cow Limousine, said his ride is often in demand and was recently used in an episode of ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition".
"We picked up the whole cast in it," said Macke.
Macke said his limo has been down to Florida, and the reaction by law enforcement has varied.
"If they have a sense of humor, they enjoy it," said Macke.
Macke said the limo may make an appearance when Indianapolis hosts the Super Bowl in 2012.
Saturday, the limousine will be used as the pace car for the 5K. It will also serve as a way to refresh the runners.
The udders of the cow will shoot out water Saturday, according to Macke.
Saturday's event will also serve as a goodbye for Kyle Pitt. Pitt's last day at the Health and Wellness Center was Friday.
"It'll be a great way for me to say goodbye to the people in the community," said Pitt. "So I really hope a lot of people can come out."
Pitt said the Health and Wellness Center serves about 1,000 people in the community.
Macke and Pitt encouraged area cross country teams to participate in the event. They also welcomed any cheerleading groups who wanted to participate in cheering on the runners and walkers.
The event starts at 10 a.m. Same day registration will be from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. Saturday. The fee to enter is $20.
Pitts expects people from Chicago and Indianapolis to compete in the race.
There are several different age groups from 12 and under to 70 and up.
Winners of the race will get a tour around Warsaw in the Cow Limo.
A high-density chip timing system will be used in the race to ensure accuracy. For more information, or if runners or cheerleaders want to get involved, contact Anne Zeiger at 574-372-7890 or e-mail Pitt at Kyle_Pitt@gmail.com
