Maxine DonnaBelle Binkley, 90, died at 5:30 a.m. Oct. 31, 2012, in Life Care Nursing Home, Punta Gorda, Fla. She was born Jan. 1, 1922, in Bourbon, to Jacob and Mary Bules. On Oct. 26, 1945, she married Cecil Binkley, who died June 21, 2008. She lived and worked most of her life in Etna Green. Surviving are a son, Larry Binkley, Fort Myers, Fla.; a daughter, Carolyn Shigley, Orland Park, Ill.; seven grandchildren: John Shigley, Orland Park, Ill.; Carol Shigley, Claramore, Okla.; Jim Engle, Redkey; Kathy Willard, Karen D’Amico and Kenny Kremke, all of Rochester; and Tammie Steward, Shoals; 10 great-grandchildren: Dasha Vanta, Joshua Willard, Jessica and Jordan Bell and Brooke D’Amico, all of Rochester; Courtney and Jamie Engle, both of Akron; Shayla and Estrala Brewer, both of Shoals; and Mark Shigley, Claramore; a great-great-grandchild, Karter Behny; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Madelene Cartwright and Hazel Wyman, and five brothers: Carl, Vernon, Loren, Lewis and John Bules.
