He was born in Warsaw on Feb. 21, 1965, to Max Reavis Sr. and Shirley Himes Reavis. In 2017, he married Lacey Shook.
Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services is entrusted with the care of Max. He will be laid to rest at Oakwood Cemetery in Warsaw in a private graveside service.
