Max M. Anglin

Max M. Anglin, 77, of Missouri, passed away at 4:45 p.m. July 7, 2013, in his residence, after a long illness.
He was born Sept. 24, 1935, in Waterloo, to Harvey B. and Glenora Mae Stookey Anglin. He married Janice Beth Reed, who survives.
He moved to Silver Lake in the third grade. He graduated from Silver Lake High School in 1953 and attended Manchester and Wabash colleges. Before retiring, he began working in 1956 at Dalton Foundries, Warsaw, where he was vice president of sales. He received the Wm. J Greede Award in 1978. He was a member of American Ordinance Association and the American Foundry Society. He served with the Indiana National Guard. He was president of the Board of Aviation. He was active in his community with YMCA, Salvation Army, Girl Scouts USA, County Republican Commission and United Fund. He served on the Warsaw School Board.
Also surviving are his children: Gary W. (and spouse Paula) Anglin, Tamarin L. Anglin and April A. (and spouse Steven) Fleagle; his grandchildren: Pamela, Rachael, Emilie, Phillip, Joseph, Taliesin and Brynn; and a great-granddaughter, Elisabeth.
Private graveside services will be in Leesburg Cemetery.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
