Mast Service Center (8608 State Road 19, Etna Green, IN 46524) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge water from construction activities associated with a New Building for Mast Service Center located at 8608 State Road 19, Etna Green, IN 46524. Run-off from the project will discharge to Hammond Stutzman Ditch.
