ROCHESTER - Mary R. Bedics, 45, of 4011 17B Road, Tippecanoe, died at 6:28 a.m. June 20, 2009, at her residence.
She was born June 14, 1964, in Rochester, to Dan and Karen Border Shafer. On Aug. 20, 1994, in Rochester, she married Joey J. Bedics, who survives.
She was a 1983 graduate of Rochester High School. She worked at Fashion Bug in Warsaw. She was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.
Also surviving are a daughter, Amber Rose Koebcke, Rochester; two sons, Mitchell Alan Howard, Rochester, and Kyle Bedics, Kokomo; three grandchildren; her mother, Karen Turner, Rochester; her father, Dan Schafer, Rochester; and a brother, William Arthur (and spouse Samantha) Shafer, Brownsburg. SHe was preceded in death by five grandparents.
Services will be at 7 p.m. Tuedsay at Zimmerman Brothers Funeral Home, Rochester. Burial will be at a later date at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Rochester.
Calling is from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
