AKRON – Mary Louise Johnson, 94, of 2626 George St., Logansport, and formerly of Clymers, died at 2:34 a.m. Dec. 18, 2011, in Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born April 7, 1917, in Nelsonville, Ohio, to Charles W. and Lena G. Johnson Parmeter. On June 25, 1936, in Logansport, she married Virgil H. Johnson, who died Oct. 11, 1991.
Surviving are two daughters, including Karen Sue (and spouse Keith) Julian, Akron, and formerly of Clymers; a son; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Gundrum Funeral Home, Logansport, with Pastor Adam Speicher officiating. Burial will be in Clymers Cemetery, Logansport.
Calling is from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
