Mary I. Justice, 73, of 3762 W. Old 30, Lot 83E, Warsaw, died at 5 a.m. Aug. 17, 2010 at her residence.
She was born May 17, 1937, in Whittensville, Ky. to Lewis and Dona MaKenzie Blevins. On Dec. 15, 1955, she married Jimmie Justice, who survives.
A resident of Warsaw for the past 52 years, she was a homemaker and a member of United Pentecostal Church of Warsaw.
Also surviving are three daughters; Sharon Justice, Sandra (and spouse Marty) Bumgardner and Sonia (and spouse Dan) Shepherd, all of Warsaw; five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Alice Hale, Fairborn, Ohio, and Sola Stephens, Deleware, Ohio; two brothers, Lewis Blevins Jr. and Arville Blevins, both of Paintsville, Ky. She was preceded in death by a brother and three sisters.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Redpath-Fruth Fneral Home with Pastor Dan Cox officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
