Mary Elizabeth Hashemi, 83, Warsaw, passed away at 10:45 p.m. March 1, 2014, at her residence. She was born June 10, 1930, in Bellevue, Ky., to Tobias and Elizabeth Emark Blenke. On Jan. 22, 1954, in Cincinnati, Ohio, she married Hossein Hashemi, who died Jan. 28, 2007. Services will be at 4 p.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw, with Father Phil DeVolder officiating. A private graveside service will be at Oakwood Cemetery.
