ROCHESTER – Mary E. Simmons, 91, Fulton, passed away at 11:56 p.m. June 8, 2016, at Century Villa Healthcare of Greentown. She was born Oct. 8, 1924, to John and Louella Montgomery Sowers. On July 31, 1943, in Syracuse, she married Warren W. Simmons, who died March 31, 2013. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 West 18th St., Rochester, with Pastor Bruce Russell officiating. Burial will be in South Whitley Cemetery.
