GOSHEN - Mary E. Bontrager, 65, of Goshen, died March 21, 2010.

She was born April 11, 1944, in Kosciusko County, to William J. and Sylvia Schlabach Yoder. On Oct. 29, 1966, she married William Bontrager, who died March 31, 2008.

She was a member of Clinton Frame Mennonite Church, Maple City Trotting Bread Association and Secret Sisters' Society.

Surviving are two daughters, Cheryl D. (and spouse John) Ward, Goshen, and Mickie C. (and spouse Kevin) Welch, Millersburg; a stepdaughter, Jan (and spouse Ralph) Teel; two stepsons, Ronald (and spouse Kathy) Bontrager, and Harold Ray Bontrager; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and four brothers, Marvin W. (and spouse Mary Ellen) Yoder, Jerry W. (and spouse Dorothy) Yoder, Raymond W. Yoder and William (and spouse Charlotte) Yoder Jr.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Clinton Frame Mennonite Church, Goshen, with the Rev. Terry Diener officiating. Burial will be in Eden Cemetery, Topeka.

Calling is from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to the service Friday at the church.

Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, is in charge of arrangements.
