Mary Adez McDade Miller, 100, Warsaw, died at 11:20 a.m. Sunday, June 17, 2018, at Grace Village Health Care, Winona Lake.
She was born in Selma, Ala., on Oct. 11, 1917, to Thomas Calhoun and Olive Estelle Dancy McDade.
Survivors include a daughter, Belinda (husband Mikko) Matero, Warsaw.
Her funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, with calling one hour prior, at Brackney Funeral Services Chapel, 480 E. James Lee Blvd., Crestview, Fla. A graveside service will follow at Old Bethel Cemetery, Crestview.
Local arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw.
