FINDING AND ORDER OF THE MARSHALL COUNTY DRAINAGE BOARD IN RE: INCREASE OF ASSESSMENT OF THE PERIODIC MAINTENANCE ON THE GALL-UNSICKER-CRAIG REGULATED DRAIN The Marshall County Drainage Board, pursuant to notice having been given in compliance with I.C. 36-9-27-42, discussed during its regular meeting on February 18, 2013 increasing the assessment on the Gall-Unsicker-Craig Regulated Drain. The Board finds and orders that benefits exceed costs, and that the annual assessment shall be increased to $2.25 per acre for all lands affected therein, with a $6.00 minimum.
