Marlen G. Waldridge Jr., 60, Warsaw, passed away at 10:20 a.m. June 2, 2017, in Kosciusko Community Hospital.
On Oct. 2, 1956, he was born in Bedford to Marlen and Anna Mary Swango Walbridge Sr. On Aug. 21, 2007, in Owensburg, he was united in marriage to Rachel Brown, who survives.
A 36-year resident of Warsaw and Winona Lake, he worked as a sales associate at Walmart in the meat department. He attended Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife, Rachel Waldridge, Warsaw; his children: Brandy (and spouse Jeremiah) Busz, Warsaw; Misty (and spouse Tyler) Simerl, Winona Lake; Charity (and spouse Dustin) Cordill, Leesburg; and Marlen Waldridge III, Keith Waldridge and Alex Ritter, of all Warsaw. He is further survived by his brother, Jerry (and spouse Rhea) Waldridge, Owensburg, along with 13 grandchildren.
He was preceded by his parents; a brother, Dick; and a sister, Janet.
A graveside funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 10, in Owensburg Cemetery, Owensburg.
Calling is scheduled from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at Lester Jenkins and Sons Funeral Home, Bloomfield.
Calling is also from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 7, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
