Mark O.W. Burns, 35, of Warsaw, died June 12, 2011, in Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born Dec. 24, 1975, in Plymouth, to Leonard J. and Velma Marie Cudney Burns. He was formerly married to Stephanie Eryman Burns, who survives. Living in Warsaw for most of his life, he formerly worked at Chore-Time-Brock, Milford. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge. He enjoyed camping, following the Green Bay Packers and NASCAR. Surviving are three daughters: Courtney, Cheyenne and Cierra Burns, all at home; his father, Leonard Burns, Warsaw; two sisters, Becky (and spouse Mark) Snyder, Etna Green, and Joyce Burns, Richmond,; three brothers, Leonard (and spouse Tina) Burns and Chad Burns (and Christy Myers), all of Warsaw, and Lonnie (and spouse Summer) Burns, Syracuse; his grandmother, Iris Cudney, Plymouth; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Velma Burns, who died July 25, 2004. Services will be at noon Thursday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, officiated by Pastor Mike Hontz of Pleasant View Bible Church, Warsaw. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
