Marjorie L. Wright, 83, of Frisco, Texas, and formerly of Warsaw and Sebring, Fla., died Aug. 1, 2012, in Frisco.
She was born Aug. 5, 1929, in South Bend, to John Louis and Alice Elmira Hall Bauer. On June 2, 1949, she married Harris G. Wright, who died March 16, 2011.
She was a nursing assistant and office manager for several doctors in Warsaw before retiring in 1994. In 2003, she and her husband relocated to Florida. After her husband’s passing, she moved to the Frisco area to live near her daughter.
Surviving are a daughter, Teresa (and spouse Dewey) Waites, Frisco; a son, David (and spouse Linda) Wright, Goshen; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and twin brothers, John L. (and spouse Glenda) Bauer and George Bauer, all of Columbia City. She also was preceded in death by an infant son.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Church, Warsaw, with Father Philip DeVolder officiating. Burial will follow at 1 p.m. at Greenhill Cemetery, Columbia City.
