NORTH MANCHESTER - Marjorie J. Hughes, 41, North Manchester, died at 4:06 p.m. Nov. 24, 2010, in her residence.
She was born March 12, 1969, in Columbia City, to the Rev. Leonard Jr. and Eva Nelson Adams. On June 17, 2000, she married Michael Ray Hughes, who survives.
She was a homemaker and worked at ARK in Wabash for five years and McDonald's in North Manchester for two years. She was a member of Congregational Christian Church, North Manchester.
Also surviving are seven brothers: Jim (and spouse Deb) Adams and Leonard Dewayne (Rita) Adams, all of Claypool; Rickey Dean (and spouse Vickie) Adams, Milford; Ben and Eric Adams, both of North Manchester; Mikey Adams, Wabash; and Jeremy Adams, Peru; three sisters: Dunyale (and spouse Kirk) Tolliver, Fort Wayne; Tammy (and spouse Denny) Williams, Warsaw; Becky (and spouse Leno) Flores, North Manchester; and her mother, Eva Nelson Adams, North Manchester. She was preceded in death by her father.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Congregational Christian Church, North Manchester, with Pastor J.P. Freeman and the Rev. Chad Burkhart officiating. Burial will be at Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester.
