Marjorie F. Walters, 93, of Winona Lake, died June 14, 2013, in Grace Village Retirement Community. She was born Dec. 12, 1919, in Hartford City, to Harry Walter and Pansy LeValley Fisher. On May 29, 1941, she married Leon T. Walters, who died Oct. 1, 1988. She was a graduate of Muncie Central High School. She was a member of Main Street United Methodist Church, Kokomo, and a long-time active member of United Methodist Women. Surviving are a daughter, Toni Overman, North Webster; a son, John (and spouse Lynne) Walters, St. Louis; four grandsons; and four great-grandchildren. Per her wishes, her body was donated to medical science at Indiana University School of Medicine. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Main Street United Methodist Church, Kokomo, with the Rev. Nancy S. Blevins officiating.
