Janet Margarete Smith, 50, of 4676 S. Scott Road, Claypool, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 1:34 p.m. Sunday and later released after posting a $2,000 bond.
According to an ISP press release, the agency's marijuana eradication team was conducting an aerial search of the Claypool area when they discovered three plots of cultivated marijuana.
The ISP helicopter landed at the residence on the south side of Palestine Lake and further investigation was made and a search warrant was obtained for Smith's residence.
