NAPPANEE — Marietta Slabach, 80, Nappanee, died at 3:55 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2018, at her home, after a battle with cancer.
She was born in Marshall County on June 28, 1937, to Jesse S. and Rubedean Weldy Hochstetler. On Oct. 6, 1956, she married J. Leroy Slabach. He survives.
She had worked at Nappanee Family Medical as a receptionist for 20 years.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee.
Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Living Gospel Church. Burial will be in Union Center Cemetery.
