LOOGOOTEE – Mariann Wuensch Wininger, 79, Loogootee, died at 12:41 a.m. Dec. 8, 2013, at her residence. She was born Sept. 28, 1934, in Indianapolis, to John and Jessie Barry Bindner. On May 1, 1954, she married Thomas L. Wuensch, who died April 20, 1990. On Jan. 2, 1993, she married Donald Wininger, who survives. She was a 1952 graduate of St. Agnes High School, Indianapolis, and was a member of St. John Catholic Church in Loogootee. She was the office manager at OD Neff and Sons Pontiac and Buick Auto Dealership in Washington from 1970 until 1990. Also surviving are a son, David (and spouse Sherri) Wuensch, Allen, Texas; two stepsons, Lee (and spouse Rosie) Wininger, and David (and spouse Lori) Wininger, both of Loogootee; a daughter, Beth (and spouse Nicholas) Walenga, Warsaw; a stepdaughter, Lynn (and spouse Gary) Hartman, Russiaville; six grandchildren: Heather Walenga, Warsaw; Ryan Walenga, Henderson, Ky.; Brandon and Brianna Wuensch, both of Plano, Texas; David Walenga, Warsaw; and Allison Wuensch, Allen, Texas; six step-grandchildren: Kyle Wininger, Evansville; Ryan (and spouse Breaha) Wininger, Greenwood; Kelly (and spouse Jason) Woods, Seymour; Kristy (and spouse Augie) Moss, Tavernier, Fla.; Mikel Hartman, Indianapolis; and Lindsey Wininger, Loogootee; two brothers, John (and spouse Pat) Bindner, Phoenix, Ariz., and George (and spouse Patty) Bindner, Carmel; and a sister, Wanda (and spouse Ray) Glenn, Phoenix. She also was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Diane Wuensch; two brothers, Harry and Charlie Bindner; and three sisters, Vi Kennington, Selma Winterink and Marjorie Therese Bendner. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. John Catholic Church, Loogootee. Burial is in St. John Catholic Cemetery, Loogootee.
