NORTH MANCHESTER - Maria M. Huffman Green, 46, of Elwood, died April 27, 2010.
She was born April 14, 1964, in Wabash, to Jay and Gwendolyn C. Hendrix Huffman. On Feb. 24, 1995, she married Patrick J. Green, who survives.
She was a homemaker and a CNA at various nursing homes. She was a member of Congregational Christian Church, North Manchester. She graduated from Manchester High School in 1982, and attended Vincennes University.
Surviving are a daughter, Miranda Green, Elwood; her father, Jay (and spouse Mary Lou) Huffman, Muskegon, Mich.; her mother, Gwendolyn C. Huffman, Beaver Dam Lake; two brothers, Daniel (and spouse Celia) Cook-Huffman, Huntington, Pa., and Anthony Huffman, Muskegon; a sister, Chris Huffman, North Manchester; her mother-in-law, Mary Jane Green, Elwood; and nieces and nephews: Hannah Beal, Jesse and Grace Cook-Huffman, Andrea (and spouse Brian) Ballinger, Brian Green and Alex and Evan Amick.
Services will be at 8 p.m. Friday at McKee Mortuary, 1401 Ind. 114W, North Manchester, with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating.
Calling is from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
