Maraleigh Joye Brindle, 79, of 300 E. Prairie St., Warsaw, died at 5:24 a.m. April 18, 2007, in Warsaw Meadows, Warsaw.
She was born Feb. 21, 1928, in Claypool, to Dyrell and Dessie Klein Kreis. On April 24, 1948, she married Franklin "Dewey" Brindle, who died March 17, 1986.
A lifetime area resident, she was a homemaker and formerly attended Claypool United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a son, Roger Brindle, Claypool; two grandchildren, Charles Brindle and Rebecca Brindle-Till; five great-grandchildren; and a brother, Buck Kreis. She was preceded in death by a son, Mike Brindle; a sister, Edith "Pete" Deaton; and her parents.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Claypool.
