The Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department will close Mantis Skate Park for the Independence Day weekend. The park will be closed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The Skate Park will re-open for normal daily hours Tuesday from 2 to 8 p.m. The Skate Parks’ normal summer hours are Sunday through Saturday, 2 to 8 p.m. The Mantis Skate Park, 400 Little League Drive, is free of charge, fully-supervised and a family friendly skate facility for all ages, elementary students through adults. Skateboards and inline skates are welcome. Helmets are required at all times. An annual waiver and emergency contact form must be on file to skate.
