Mr. and Mrs. Dave Manning, Warsaw, will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary April 28, 2013. Dave and the former Phyllis Silveus were married April 28, 1948, in Crawfordsville, by the Rev. George T. King. Dave retired from NIPSCO in 1989 after 38 years. Phyllis worked part-time at Ramsey News Co., also retiring in 1989. The couple have two sons, Steve (and spouse Jerilyn) Manning, Claypool, and Dennis (and spouse Pat) Manning, Warsaw; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
