Manchester Woman Faces Drug Charges Following Friday Traffic StopNORTH MANCHESTER – A North Manchester woman was arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop over the weekend.
At about 10:59 p.m. Friday, North Manchester Police Department officer Devin Bechtold performed a traffic stop at the intersection of Beckley and West Fifth streets.
After an initial investigation, Sgt. Nate Birch and K-9 Strider were called to do a search of the vehicle, and officers found illegal narcotics and paraphernalia in a purse belonging to Kristie R. Utter, 40, North Manchester.
She was arrested for possession of paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a syringe, possession of methamphetamine and possession of heroin.
