NORTH MANCHESTER - Although the state legislature did not make full-day kindergarten mandatory in this session, Manchester Community Schools is going ahead with a pilot program.
Tuesday night at its regular meeting, the Manchester School Board of Trustees unanimously approved a motion to implement the proposed full-day kindergarten pilot program.
