WABASH — The Wabash Lady Apaches won their fifth-straight sectional crown Saturday. Playing Class 2A Sectional 37 on their home court, the Lady Apaches defeated Manchester 33-27, advancing to Saturday’s Lapel Regional. Claire Cromer led Wabash to the win with 15 points and three assists. For Manchester, Bekah Brunn and Tabby DeWitt each netted seven points, with Kalene Freshour Autumn Brewer each scored six. Brewer and Kayla Flack each had nine rebounds, while Flack also had five assists in her final prep game. Manchester’s season ends at 8-15.
