Manchester Fall Sports AwardsNORTH MANCHESTER – Manchester presented its fall athletic award winners Wednesday. The football team’s Rotary mental attitude award went to Devon Rooney, and the Squire and special teams awards went to Kane Gable. The offensive scout team award went to Andrew Cagle, and the defensive scout team honor went to Cale Parson. the junior varsity leadership awards went to Tyce Rooney and Jackson Mathias. In girls soccer, the Rotary mental attitude award went to Hallie Sorg, and the Squire award went to Brooklyn Howard. Melissa Saucedo and Olivia Dockter shared the defender award, and the golden boot award went to Elizabeth Anguilm. Bailey Sewell won the heart and hustle award. Caleb Haecker won the boys soccer Rotary mental attitude award, and Nathan Self was the Squire award winner. Harley Kruschwitz won the golden boot, and Jake Schannep won the midfielder award. Adam Byers was named defensive leader. The junior varsity MVP was Micheal Learned, and the most improved JV player was William Anguilm. Logan Parrett was the boys tennis Rotary mental attitude winner, and the Squire award went to Spence Trick. Kyle Shepherd and Uria Hein were most improved, and the top gun award went to Luke Donathan. The junior varsity most improved award went to Chase Porter. Kendra Auler won the Rotary mental attitude award for the volleyball team, with Sydney Day earning the Squire award. Blood, sweat and tears award went to Paige Wagoner, and Kennedy Rosen was most improved. The varsity heart and hustle award went to Emma West, and the JV heart and hustle went to Lydia Greer. Kiera Hatfield won the JV mental attitude award. Karly Eichenauer won the girls golf Rotary mental attitude award, and also was recognized for the fewest putts per nine holes. Lydia Little the Squire award, and Cora Barnett was most improved. Madyson Ulrey was the most accurate on the fairway. Karli Fluke was cheerleading’s Rotary mental attitude award winner, and the Squire award went to TeriAnn Hall. Mya Carter was best base, and Alexis Wagoner was most spirited. Saebre’ Barker was best jumps winner. On the junior varsity squad, best backspot went to Kerrigan Yard, and daredevil flyer went to Brianna Addair. Rae Bedke was the MVP and Rotary mental attitude award winner for the girls cross country team. Maddie Evans won the Rotary mental attitude winner, and Jaelyn Webb was most improved. Sydney Diefenbaugh was named most promising newcomer. Ben Reichenback was the Rotary mental attitude winner for boys cross country, and Montgomery Pattison won the Squire award. Drew Jones was MVP, Ethan Davis was most improved, and Reece Adamiec was most promising newcomer.
