NORTH MANCHESTER — The 13th annual Manchester High School Athletic Booster Club Golf Outing will be Sept. 8 at Sycamore Golf Club. Lunch will be served at noon, followed by a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Fee is $50 per non members of Sycamore Golf Club and $35 for members. Along with proxy prizes, the first-place team wins $300, second place wins $200 and third place is $100.
