A North Webster man was arrested after police found him on U.S. 30 in full Halloween costume and allegedly with marijuana and a pipe.
Police received a report Wednesday morning of a man in black overalls and a halloween mask carrying a knife and walking along U.S. 30 in Warsaw. The man was later identified as Curtis Matthew Valentine, 24, of 8252 E. Ashby Lane, North Webster.
When Warsaw Police Department officers arrived, they asked Valentine to drop the knife and patted him down. During a search, police found a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana and a pipe.
Valentine told police he was dressed up to play a prank on some employees of a nearby gas station.
Valentine was charged with possession of marijuana and held on a $450 bond.
