At 11:13 p.m. Monday Multi-Township EMS and Warsaw Fire Department responded a report of a man falling from a second story balcony on Warsaw east side. Medics transported the unknown male patient from Orchard Ridge Apartments on Clinic Court to Big R’s parking lot where the Samaritan transported the patient to Fort Wayne. There was no further information at press time.
