A Warsaw man is facing two counts of driving while intoxicated, one being a felony, after an early morning arrest.
Henry M. Hartley, 36, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, was arrested early this morning after his vehicle was pulled over along the 700 block of East Market Street, Warsaw.
When Warsaw Police Department officer Mike Hargrove pulled the vehicle over at 3:08 a.m. today, Hartley's 8-year-old daughter exited the car and ran into a family member's residence.
Hargrove pulled Hartley over after his vehicle matched the description of a vehicle that had allegedly struck the deck of Hartley's own home in West Haven Estates.
After being stopped, Hartley said he came home to find his wife with another man, then left with his daughter, rammed his car into the home's deck and left.
Hartley was given a breathalyzer after being pulled over and blew a .14.
Hartley was taken into custody and charged with driving while intoxicated with a juvenile in the vehicle, a Class D felony, and another driving while intoxicated charge.
