On Sunday Kosciusko County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man for driving a mo-ped drunk with his three-year-old child.
Mark A. Whitaker, 29, of 483 Lynwood Drive N., Warsaw, was arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on $2,000 bond. Whitaker was charged with driving while intoxicated with a minor in the vehicle, a Class C felony.
The complainant, Whitaker’s father, reported that his son had been operating a mo-ped and was intoxicated. He further added that there was a small child on the mo-ped.
