Man Arrested After Driving The Wrong Way On U.S. 30

A man living in Warsaw was arrested by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department after driving the wrong way on U.S. 30.
According to a MCSD criminal arrest news release, at 6:25 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 15, Marshall County deputies were advised of a wrong-way driver on U.S. 30 driving west in the eastbound lanes.
Deputies, along with the Plymouth Police Department, found the vehicle and made a stop on it.
The driver, identified as Beltran Jose Garcia Bolivar, 24, Warsaw, was found never to have obtained a driver’s license and was in possession of a fraudulent government identification card. He also was charged with reckless driving.
Bolivar was arrested and given a court date and a cash bond of $500, the release states.
