Students in Mrs. Swihart’s first-grade class at Madison Elementary School did many different activities to honor author Dr. Seuss. On one day the children all dressed as ‘Things’ from the book ‘The Cat in the Hat.’ They recited the story to the kindergarten classes. Everyone loved Dr. Seuss week! Pictured is Mrs. Swihart’s group of first-grade ‘Things’.
