Steve True, general manager of Papa John’s, spent some time talking to first-graders at Madison Elementary School about making pizza. The first-grade students are writing ‘How To Make Pizza,’ and this was a way to jumpstart their writing. The two employees of Papa John’s brought dough so the kids could practice the art of ‘tossing.’ Of course, some pizza was eaten as well. First-grade teacher Amy Swihart said, ‘Many thanks to Steve and Ericka for enriching the lives of the first-grade Madison Cardinals!’ Pictured are True, Ericka and some first-grade students.
