The 100th day of school is always a fun milestone in first grade at Madison Elementary School. The boys and girls did a lot of activities centered around the number 100. Some of the activities were: making a Froot Loop necklace out of 10 groups of 10, decorating “bling” glasses, making a crown by Bingo stamping 10 groups of 10, math activities counting by 2’s, 5’s and 10’s, 100 seconds of total silence, 100 seconds of jogging in place, making as many triangles as you can in 100 seconds, etc. Pictured are Brooklynn, Airyana and Cole from Amy Swihart’s class.
