NORTH MANCHESTER – Lucile M. Blocher, 87, Silver Lake, passed away at 4:25 a.m. June 21, 2015, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. She was born Oct. 18, 1927, in Minot, N.D., to Lawrence and Alice Moore Wray. On June 4, 1944, she married Ray M. Blocher, who preceded her in death Jan. 11, 2010. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Old German Baptist Brethren Church, North Manchester, with home brethren officiating. Burial is in the church cemetery.
