Lucia was born March 4, 1949, in La Sierra, Zacatecas, Mexico, to Jesus “Chuy” and Ana Maria Avelar Saldivar. She married Jose M. Gonzalez.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 27 at Iglesia Betesda Asambleas de Dios Church, 720 McClellan St., Warsaw. Lucia’s life will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 28 at Iglesia Betesda Asambleas de Dios Church and officiated by Pastor Samuel Peña. Burial will follow with a graveside service at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw. Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw.
