Lucas Inc. Realtors GMAC and RE/MAX Rainbow have become one team to meet the real estate needs of Kosciusko County. Lucas Inc.
Realtors, owned by Steve and Jeannie Savage, acquired the RE/MAX franchise and will operate the company under the name RE/MAX Rainbow.
Lucas Inc. Realtors opened in 1974, RE/MAX Rainbow opened in 1990, both serving the Kosciusko County and the northern Indiana lakes areas. The Savages purchased Lucas Inc. Realtors GMAC April 1.
Steve Savage said, "In conducting franchise research, we found that RE/MAX far surpassed other franchises in customer/client services and growth ability for the real estate agents. By utilizing the services RE/MAX offers, we will be able to continue the level of superior experience, expertise and integrity both Lucas and Rainbow are known for."
Current RE/MAX Rainbow broker/owner Brett Crume will serve as a consultant and Steve Savage will hold the position of principle broker/owner of RE/MAX Rainbow.
RE/MAX Rainbow will operate at two locations in Warsaw. The Lucas Inc. Realtors GMAC office at 525 E. Center St. remains and will be operated as RE/MAX Rainbow, along with the current RE/MAX Rainbow office at 929 E. Center St. Savage said RE/MAX Rainbow soon will move into a single larger facility in order to provide better client service.
Savage said, "The services RE/MAX offers are excellent. Everything from education to technology, RE/MAX provides resources to provide the best customer service to clients, assist our agents and help grow our business."
