Lowell was born April 12, 1942, in Stearns, Ky., to George and Dovie Gregory Dobbs. He married Betty Hapner.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Nov. 23 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw. Funeral services in celebration of Lowell’s life will begin at noon in the funeral chapel with Pastor Terry Bradford officiating. Graveside service will take place Friday, Nov. 25 at 3 p.m. in Sherd-Dobbs Hollar Cemetery, Ky.
