Lova A. WyckoffPIERCETON – Lova A. Wyckoff, age 96, of Pierceton, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2019, at 10:59 p.m. in Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw.

Lova was born on Feb. 4, 1923, in Paintsville, Ky., to Jesse and Elsie Colvin Hitchcock.

She moved to Kosciusko County in the 1960s and lived the remainder of her life here. She was a homekeeper and was known to have a green thumb while she enjoyed working with flowers and gardening. She also loved to paint. Lova loved her family dearly and spending time with them. She was a former member of Pentecostal Lighthouse Church, Warsaw.

Lova is survived by her daughter, Regina (Donald) Fry, of Warsaw; grandchildren, Cody Wente and Blake Dull; numerous other grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by four children and five siblings.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 9 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Pierceton. Pastor Terry Bradford will be officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service on Monday, Sept. 9 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton.
