Louise Collins, 71, died at 6:20 p.m. March 21, 2010, in Mason Health and Rehab, Warsaw.
She was born Aug. 5, 1938, in Dingus, Ky., to Arlie and Julie Pack Stapleton. On June 21, 1958, in Wellston, Ohio, she married Kermit Collins, who survives.
Living most of her life in Warsaw, she was a homemaker and seamstress for Jomac for eight years. She was a member of Harvest Time Ministries Church, Warsaw, where she participated in the Warsaw Ladies Bible Study Group at Warsaw Presbyterian Church.
Also surviving are a son, Shawn W. (and spouse Stephanie) Collins, Etna Green; and a granddaughter, Lillie Renee Collins, Etna Green. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Ralph and Earl Stapleton; and two sisters, Ruby Bodem and Corine Music.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, officiating by Pastor Bob Haywood of Harvest Time Ministries Church, Warsaw. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
